Hi Neighbor!
I'm running because I care about the wonderful diversity of our city and I want to see it thrive. I'm a renter here in Ypsi and am running for the Ward 3 Council Seat as a Libertarian. Yes, that's right, a Libertarian. Hear me out. I know it's a bit different, but we have more in common than you might think. As your representative I will focus on thoughtful city planning to reach common goals  and improve the needs of shareholders in our community. I will work to uphold citizen rights, not give away our assets, support local businesses, increase safety, and expand housing. I will press to focus council time on Ypsilanti issues,  more responsible spending of our taxes,  and to fix our roads and facilities. And implement less oversight about say how tall our grass is or what color we paint our houses. We can do a lot when we make careful, informed decisions that benefit the many types of people here and not just further city council's political goals.
